Why is it that when celebrities have personal difficulties the whole world loves to watch and speculate? Tom Brady’s receding hairline is only natural and happens to a vast majority of the male population as it ages. But since he is an iconic image of the American Football, nightlife party figure, and a renowned playboy married to one of the hottest and well-paid supermodels Gisele Bundchen, any flaw becomes a talking point.
And because of the sad truth that people obsess over the celebrities’ images and point out every flaw that they could find in their lavish lifestyle, party-related activites, or appearance, celebrities keep as many of their personal life stories secret as possible. God forbid that anything will go public and ruin one’s reputation and consequently the multimillion dollar endorsement deals.
But the reason why I am writing about Tom Brady and the obsession of our culture’s speculation on celebrities’ life is because I am saddened to see that Tom Brady will never share his secret of how he restored his hairline. I would have loved to found out the details of how he was able to pull it off when his scalp was facing inevitable doom of recession. Many claim that he got out of a limousine in Chicago in front of Chicago’s best hair treatment and restoration clinic that is specifically known for transplants. Others see proof of medicinal use judging from the restored scalp.
Regardless, whether Tom Brady got his hair transplanted in Chicago or he is on some magical treatment, we will never know the truth and will never come closer to solving the age old problem of baldness. And while Brady is having a worry-free afternoon on a party bus in Chicago, we will still be trying to diagnose the problem. Regardless of the cost of the treatment, a lot of the men out there would be relieved to see that a solution does exist.
